| Customer Reviews: Missing a Chapter June 29, 2009 R. C. GARRETT (Saint Paul, MN) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I don't blame Amazon for the mistake, but I was very disappointed to find out that a chapter was neatly torn out of the book. I purchased this for an MBA course and missed some key material, so had to ask a classmate for the basic points of the chapter. I contacted the independent seller (tomeworm311) but got no response. Further, since I did not get to the chapter until after the Amazon warranty period expired, they said that no refund was available. Moral of the story: if you buy a book through Amazon, make sure to check that all the pages are there immediately when it arrives.

I had to have this book for a graduate course. I'm glad the Prof chose it for the course. It is easy to read and understand unlike many of my other graduate textbooks. Leigh Thompson is a excellent writer.
